If, after submitting an enquiry, you become a customer of The Hollies Day Nursery, we will retain your information and may request additional information in order to register you / your child in our system. Please note that we do no collect data about minors via our website.

When you submit your contact details to The Hollies Daycare Nursery, you will have the option to receive news updates from us. Please note that, regardless of whether or not you choose to receive our optional news updates, we reserve the right to contact you via phone and/or email if it is within our legitimate interests (i.e. if it is necessary for the running of our business). For example, we may contact you:
  • If you have an unpaid invoice outstanding
  • In the event of an illness outbreak
  • In event of emergency (which may involve contacting authorised persons on your Admission Form)
  • If we are unable to open for the day
